WAA MEMBERS’ MEETING

Thursday, September 12^th at the Arboretum

6:30 – Social Hour with refreshments, wine, sodas, etc.

7:00 – Business Meeting

Followed by a presentation of paper-making and paper art by noted artist, Fritzi Huber!

2013 Art in the Arboretum Show

For last year’s 2012 Art in the Arboretum show, nearly $17,000 in art sales took place.  So you will want to be sure and register soon as, Friday, September 27 is the deadline for registration.
Things to remember:

• Registration is on the website www.wilmingtonart.org <http://www.wilmingtonart.org> or can be picked up at the Arboretum, 6206 Oleander Dr., or at the WAA Gallery, 120 2nd St.
• Wednesday, October 2nd bring artwork to the Arboretum between 9:00 & 12:00

• Show dates: Saturday, October 4th, 10:00-4:00    Sunday, October 5th, 12:00-4:00
• Pick up unsold art between 4:30-5:30 Sunday, October 5th.
  

All exhibiting artists are invited free of charge to the Friends of the Arboretum Membership Garden Party, which takes place on Saturday, October 5th from 4:30-7:00. The fee to bring a guest is $15 in advance (purchase at the Arboretum) and $20 at the gate.
