The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party is the theme for this show. We are looking for submissions in any and all media that are fun, colorful, and could be found at the Tea Party or in Wonderland. Who would be there, how would they look, what would you wear, what would you eat ? Potters – what would the tableware look like? Show us. In Wonderland, not much makes sense but no one seems too upset. Does any of this bring out your creativity? Let’s see it!
Open to artists of all ages, including K-12.
ENTRY DETAILS
Submission Guidelines: Up to 3 works may be submitted. All work will be displayed and must be available for sale. A commission of 30% will be retained on all sales. All submissions must be the work of the entrant, original, framed, ready for hanging or display. All prints and photographs must be signed. If limited edition, must be numbered and signed. No saw tooth hangers. Giclees are acceptable only for work in which there is no tangible original, for example digital painting and photography. If a work is supposed to be a painting, and it is actually a giclee, it does not qualify for entry. Please submit the original painting. Carolina Artist Gallery reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any work deemed inappropriate for the exhibit.
Entry fee: Adults - $35 for up to 2 pieces, non-refundable
K – 12 - $5/1 piece, $10/2 pieces, College (Associates or Bachelors) $20/ pieces , All work must be available for purchase.

Two years have passed since the inception of the “Art in the Arboretum Theme Art Piece Contest.” This year it is time once again to kick your imagination into high gear and decide what our rambunctious sea serpent will be doing.
