ART HAPPENINGS THIS WEEKEND SUPPORTED BY THE WILMINGTON ART ASSOCIATION:

SILVER ARTS AT ART WORKS AT 200 WILLARD ST. AND
THE ORANGE ST. MARKET AND ART FEST WITH WORKS BY LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL ART STUDENTS.

WAA MEETING, WEDNESDAY, MAY 24TH.

Due to an unexpected situation, Fritzi Huber will not be available to speak to us at our meeting Wednesday May 24. Kevin Dunn has graciously accepted our invitation to present the program.

Many of us know him from the Cameron Art Museum where he has taught for several years. He also teaches art at Cape Fear and Brunswick Community Colleges.

Kevin has been asked to speak on color, one of the fundamentals of any art medium. We will learn a lot from his impressive understanding of color.
