ANTHONY LEES

Early in the morning on March 16, Anthony Lees passed away.  
Anthony was a long time member of the WAA and until recently a very active member.  Anthony and his wife Ann were the chairs of the welcoming committee for the Spring Show for a number of years.  This was but one of the many of the WAA activities that he was involved in.   A wonderful plein air painter, Anthony could often be seen with Ann painting about the area.  He participated in every WAA event and always seemed be there when you needed someone to help, and always with his wonderful smile.  He brought light into the room by just being there.  The service for Anthony will be held at St. Andrews on the Sound at 2pm on Monday, March 20th.  We will all miss him.
