Now on with the show!
Volunteers for Art in the Arboretum
During the show, eight to ten artists at a time are needed to assist visitors. All sales will be handled by Arboretum workers, but we are the ones who talk art to the potential customers and answer questions.
We know that many of you would like to see the schedule, and we would like that, too. Unfortunately only picture type files (jpgs) can be added to this blogging platform, so the spreadsheet won't be available until the September general meeting. If you would like it emailed to you, we can do that.
However here is the info:
The show is from 10 - 4 Friday Sept 30, Sat Oct 1, and Sunday Oct 2.
Since we need to bring the bins out in the morning and back inside when the show closes, we are asking for help from 9:30 to 4:30. You can sign up for two to three hours at a time during any of those days. Some members have signed up, but no hours are close to full.
It is still early, so you can decide what works best for you. Or you may want to ask when you are most needed.
Then email Elaine Cooper at elainerogerscooper@gmail.com or Susan Buteau at zazoots@yahoo.com to get plugged in.
Thank you!
