Sue Bark and Barbara Bear Jamison were juried into the Raleigh Fine Arts Society 2014 North Carolina Artists Exhibition with their pieces "A Slice of Life" by Sue Bark and "The Soloist" by Barbara Bear Jamison. They are among the 70 selected from 475 entries by juror Dr. Eric Denker, Senior Lecturer at the National Gallery of Art and Independent Lecturer. Opening day is Sunday, March 2 at 2 PM. Dr. Denker will deliver a lecture on the selected works and the Gallery will be open for the reception from 3-5PM. The exhibit will be on display at the Betty Ray McCain Gallery at the Duke Energy Center for Performing Arts in Raleigh from March 2 - April 24, 2014.

Just a reminder that the deadline for submitting artwork into the 32nd Annual Juried Spring Art Show and Sale is midnight March 3. If you plan to enter, please do so soon. This year the award amounts have changed - 1st place - $1,000; 2nd place - $750; and 3rd place - $500.
